Floorball is a type of floor hockey that use special sticks and balls that differ from traditional floor hockey. Closed toed shoes are required, but no other gear is necessary. CIA has floorball equipment for use on a first come first serve basis. Players are encouraged to bring their own if they have it. Floorball will be offered on the following days:
Monday- 6:00pm-8:00pm- ALL AGES
Wednesday- 6:00pm-8:00pm- YOUTH ONLY
Floorball is great way to get non-skaters interested in hockey, so grab your kids and their friends and bring them out for an evening of fun at CIA. Concessions will be available for floorball.
Floor hockey will be reserved for adults and requires the use of your own gear. CIA will provide pop-up nets. Closed toed shoes are also required, and hockey gloves are suggested. Traditional floor hockey sticks and balls will be used. Floor hockey will be offered on the following days:
Thursday- 6:00pm-8:00pm-ADULTS ONLY
Sunday 6:00pm-8:00pm- ADULTS ONLY
The cost for each 2-hour drop-in session is $8 per player. You may also purchase a player punch card for $100. That is good for 20 drop-in summer sessions and will carry over into the fall to be used for stick n puck sessions. That is a savings of $60. Player cards can be purchased at the skate shop window.
